Rachel performs a variety of client service duties for the practice, including account application preparation and processing, help with scheduling meetings, and communicating with clients. 

Rachel came to NPA with a background in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry, having worked in lab research, then commercial sales and sales training positions. She has a Dual Honors Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry & Biology.  She and her family relocated from England to the US in 2010 . 

When not serving clients, Rachel enjoys travel, hiking, gardening, and watching sports.  She also loves cooking and entertaining with friends. She currently lives in Newburyport with her husband and two sons.
